Sunday, October 28, 2018(4 events) 8:30 am: Early morning worship – For those who want a shorter service, early in the day. Meet in the Barritt Room via the church hall. 10:30 am: Sunday Worship – Our main service of the week, usually with Communion. Every 3rd Sunday will be a 'service of the word' which doesn't have Communion. If the month has 5 weeks then we have a joint service with Christ Church on the 5th Sunday, alternating venues. Once a quarter is a more informal Cafe Church in the hall. Includes Sunday School with the children with us at the start and end of the service. Followed by refreshments and a chance to chat. 12:15 pm: Pantomime rehearsals – Rehearsing for the St John and St Mark Pantomime which is to be held 16th-19th January. Rehearsals will mainly be in the hall but will switch to church when there are prior bookings. Exact times tba 7:00 pm: Sunday@Seven – A chance for more informal worship through song, reflection and prayer. This time we meet in Christ Church Hall. The theme is 'Be still... be thankful' There's also a brew and cake/biscuits to sustain you! |

Access via the hall on Parkinson Street. Open every Monday except Bank Holidays. 1:30 pm: Craft Club – Meeting in the Barritt Room (ex Library). Anything from sewing to card making 6:00 pm: 11th/24th Beavers – For children aged 5yrs 9 months - 8 yrs old, meeting during term time 7:00 pm: 11th/24th Cubs – Cubs for children aged 8yrs - 10yrs 6 months, meeting during term time |

Saturday, November 10, 2018(3 events) 9:15 am: First Aid training - British Red Cross – A First Aid course focused on helping Adults at risk with falls. This will be in the Barritt Room. The course is provided by British Red Cross: 'An everyday first aid session is approximately two hours long and helps people become more confident to help someone by teaching first aid skills that are easy to do, easy to learn and easy to remember. We work alongside other organisations such as yours and tailor our first aid training to meet the specific needs of your group in an inclusive and flexible way. Each participant receives a certificate of first aid learning.' Please use the contact form to let us know if you are interested.
