Good reasons for hope

Good reasons for hope

Listen now

Our next monthly Sunday evening worship service will be at 7pm on October 31st, 2021. The theme this time is: ‘Good reasons for hope’ and it will be led by Nigel Silvester.

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

We will be meeting in the Church Hall at Christ Church Walmersley, which you access via the car park. We will also be Zooming for those who can’t make it in person. Currently over fifty people now come together with us, in one format or another, on the last Sunday of each month. So, if you would like to give it a go, or want to know more, then please use our contact page to get in touch.

What is Sunday@Seven?

Sunday@Seven is an opportunity to worship together informally on the last Sunday of each month. There’s a mix of old and new songs, prayers and reflections. If time allows, there is space for discussion too. It’s normally led by Nigel Silvester, our Authorised Lay Minister, ably supported by Cath Hilton

If circumstances dramatically change for ‘Good reasons for hope’ then we will update this post as appropriate.

Many thanks to Lina Trochez for the great photo on Unsplash.
